got out of the house at about sun up, about 2.30 pm. made my way to beach road market to get some army stuffs done. needed to get some valcro done on my no.4 uniform. well, thats that....... got a call from minh, to spend sometime at coffee club and watch ppl walk by orchard. only met up with him much later cause the guy who did my no.4 uniform was so not focus!

met up with him together with krista and yy. had some munchies there... yum yum and chatted about everything and anything. how i wish i can afford one month's leave. i envy you yy, but for now, i got to work and get my leaves.

walked to indochine to have dinner and this time albert joined us. the service there was alot and much much better than the last time when i got there for lunch sometime back.

talked about buracayi and how should we spend our days in manila. can't wait to get there actually..... the pretty beaches.... the clear waters.... ahhhhhhhhhh.

staying n leaving

double m caught on cam. michelle and minh. one is coming to stay and another is leaving to chase after his bigger dreams. this was taken when they exchange thoughts about being here and not being here but being close to everyone here wherever he is. (oh whatever)

the day went on fine. manage to put together some really good work and leaving the office guilt free to meet up with a friend and grab some stuffs at the supermarket.

still have not dared watching amytiville horror yet. trying to get some people to watch with..... eeeeeee. i'm not so good with horror. really!

talked to an army friend of mine and he asked me if i have an extra sbo! i mean, why in the world would i want to have an extra sbo with me..... idiot! anyways, he's forgiven cause at least he's not taking all this personally.... hahahahaha... you know what i mean eh eddie!

have to make sometime to take more pictures. been really busy these days. and i suddenly realised, i actually have been. thanks to minh for reminding me. alot of peeps haven't been contacted by me. ok, obviously i need to arrange another photoshoot with you guys. ok, i'm going to work on it.

it was a long week and pretty eventful one. clearly, franz ferdinand was the highlight of the week. than it was back to work and be excited and talked about it. went to krista's for darren's farewell. it was a very small one but nonetheless
a very chill kind of affair. minh came with brother and sis in law who's visiting from houston. we were checking out darren's ipod play list.... ofcourse, jon's the dj for the night.

these pictures were taken at pang's studio after some bbq food and bevy's. (pretty intoxicating one) got to thank them
for being apart of the shoot. nonetheless, we were never out of ideas. *wink*

missed out on a shoot with chancha this morning. by the time i realised, i had woken up at 12.30 and too late and just felt like lying in bed all day, and thats what i just did. hope to work with you soon chancha!

franz ferdinand

left the office on the dot. met up with the rest at bugis before we head to the indoor stadium. the atmosphere was good for a gig.... people were generally happy to be there. we were at the free standing area and it was really packing it in. it was body to body, skin to skin tight packed in there but it was jolly!

and soon the show went on, we all jumped with our hands up in the air like we all don't care!!!!!!!!!! that's really how live show's suppose to be..... i've been to many shows, and one of the most dissapointin one was Sting's recent show! we were all made to sit on our seats like bloody morons! but ofcourse i've been to better ones like Duran Duran and David Bowie. got special invitation to join the post party with the band. well technically! hahahahaha...... will post some videos later on. bye for now.

anyway, going to franz ferdinand's gig tonight at the indoor stadium. that's really something to look forward!

saw the dvd at home just now after lunch at wheelock. went to cathay photos, but they were close today.
don't know where that movie was shot, but it's suppose to be in vietnam near the cambodian border. was on
the way home when i saw a football match near my place. i'm talking about under
16 girls. i have to say, i was pretty impressed by them. some real kick ass shot! nope, didn't have my cam
with me at the time. ok, need to get some sleep. have a good week everyone!

i'm on a all time high. haven't stop listening to corrine may. safe in a crazy world is a good second album. funny thing about me, i can't remember titles. so, i always remember which track on my ipod. or maybe call it, the (sandwhich song or halo song) i think it must be her lyrics that worked for me and her soothing voice.

went to our bro's wedding last night. it was a small one and nontheless a more meaningful one i have to say. present were my classmates from secondary school. we were glee last night passing the bride's gifts to the bridegroom. the whole ceremony was just beautiful, quaint and the sound of chatters. i had a wonderful time. had some more drinks at the end of sempang bedok with the bro's and their wives and jr's.

but all too soon, i have to go. didn't wanna leave but i'm sure we will meet for something else soon. made my way to emerald to meet up with the rest of my group. catch up on what we missed when i was gone, chat on the pictures, our near future plans then got the big news from minh. wow, big news. it would be an eventfull month i forsee. am contaplating to go for chingay or not. would love to be there but minus the crowd.
