500 miles - the proclaimers

some yrs back a group of us sang that 500 miles song in vietnam in the middle of the night and getting lost. we were all merry and all that plus it was the new year period before i started work with DOUBLE YOU. ya we were merry but i was feeling very tired and most of all breathless from all the walking. fast forward --------- now.

now, is a totally new world for me. making that change was like a very big bad joke for me back then but i'm glad i did it. seriously.

looking forward for many more run events. i feel so blessed.
